Icar Collective is a non-profit, mission-driven organization that works to accelerate trauma healing in Israel through connections and collaborations. We are a growing startup organization that values innovative thinking, personal initiative, and a genuine commitment to creating change on the ground.
Location
Positions are in Israel with a hybrid model: three days remote, two days in the office (Modi’in or Tel Aviv). Regular office presence is important; team members must come twice weekly. Applications from outside Israel are generally not considered.
Application Process
As a mission-driven organization, we want to know the person behind the resume. We recommend including a cover letter to understand your motivation. The process includes two to three interviews to assess fit. Candidates passing the first stage will complete a short homework assignment to test skills and motivation.
Salary Range
We value salary transparency and will provide the salary range for each position. This helps align expectations and saves time if there’s a budget gap. Flexibility may exist for candidates with relevant experience. If your salary expectations exceed the range, please consider this beforehand and contact us for clarification.
