Introduction
We are seeking a methodical and inquisitive Junior Research Analyst proficient in English and Hebrew to enhance our research capabilities. This is an entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data.
- Help maintain databases and perform routine tasks like data entry and preliminary analysis.
- Participate in team meetings and may be responsible for note taking and organizing project documentation.
- Support more senior researchers and analysts in preparing reports and presentations, focusing on data visualization and summary – in both English and Hebrew.
Qualifications
- A keen interest in conducting research related to healthcare, social sciences, or similar fields.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn from others.
- Good organizational and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Flexibility and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in both English and Hebrew – oral and written.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for efficient data processing and clear, visual presentation of results.
- Advantage: Programming skills, data processing and analysis using BI tools, and practical experience with AI tools.
- No prior experience is necessary; experience in a research analyst role in a non-profit and/or startup environment is valued.

- Pension Fund from the first day of employment; Keren Hishtalmut after 3 months, paid retroactively (Employer at 7.5% and Employee at 2.5%).
- Paid vacation and sick leave according to Israeli labor law, and additional paid vacation days for religious holidays (up to 8 days per year).
